The difference between friends, and true friends. 

Friends. To me, friends are lucky to have. I mean, everyone has friends right? Some may have less than 10, and others may have more than 50. But friends are friends, nothing more than the word, nothing less. We can be there for a friend, we can lie to a friend, we can betray a friend. We can do anything to a friend only because friends will only come and go. Similar to a puff of smoke: It appears briefly, and disappears in an instant.

True Friends. Now that’s a different story. True friends are honored to have. And not a lot of people have true friends. Now days, true friends are hard to find. It’s either 1 or 2, not a lot, but that’s probably all we need. A true friend, wouldn’t just be there, but they’d be right there next to you. A true friend, will see past all the beautiful lies, and will bug you for the truth. A true friend is hard to get, and yet so easy to lose. A true friend will not just leave footprints in your heart, but they’ll engrave your name in their hearts.
