What is a friend? 

Every letter in that word is just indescribable to me. I thought a friend was someone who’d be there for you, who’d never let you down, who’d see right through that fake smile you attempt to put on. But that’s only in movies right? The people we label ‘friends’ are just people we talk to, we see daily, be nice to. But are we even sure friends exist now days? Because I most definitely have no idea. To me, friends are just people. Until they start showing themselves as loyal, as trustworthy, and true. Until they start being legit, friends are just people. We don’t know the true them, they don’t know the true us, in other terms, friends are just like strangers PERIOD.
